We at Playtime Pros are excited to provide an enriching and fun experience for your children, while setting your mind at ease so that you can enjoy all that the MasterMind SummitTM has to offer. Our goal is for your children to look back on their time with us as some of their best memories of their trip to San Diego. Our comprehensive "Orient Express" Asian theme will incorporate elements from both of our field trips (children 6+) to Sea World and the Safari Park.

On-Site Program
The children's program during Opening Night (August 7) is for children ages 6 months through 12 years old. The remainder of the on-site program, August 8-9, 2011, is for children 6 months through 6 years old. The program will be located at the San Diego Convention Center. Snacks and beverages will be provided. Meals must be supplied by parents. The cost for the children's program (Opening Night for children 6 months through 12 years old and the on-site portion for children 6 months through 6 years old) is $49 per session per child. There are five sessions: Sunday evening, Monday morning, Monday afternoon, Tuesday morning, and Tuesday afternoon. Those parents who wish to leave their children in care during the lunch break on Monday and Tuesday may do so for an additional $21 charge.
Tour Program (for children 6 to 12 years old) The tour program is based out of the San Diego Convention Center. Our staff-to-child ratio on tour will be at least 1:6. On Monday, August 8th the children will be going to Sea World, and on Tuesday, August 9th the children will be going to the San Diego Zoo's Safari Park. The cost for each tour is $170 per child. This fee includes admission, transportation and lunch. Children going on tour must be signed into our care by 8:30 each morning.
Late Registration - Registrations after the deadline of July 15, 2011, will be charged at a rate of $59 per session for the on-site portion, and $180 per tour.
The pre-registration deadline is July 15, 2011. The enrollment form must be completed in its entirety and payment received before registration is confirmed.
Payment in full is required to confirm your reservations. Although every effort will be made to accommodate late or on-site registrations, there is no guarantee that Playtime Pros can accept children unless they are pre-registered.
Playtime Pros staff are not permitted to administer medication. In the interest of the other families, sick children cannot be admitted to the children's program.
Cancellations must be made to Playtime Pros prior to July 15, 2011 for a full refund. Cancellations made after that date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Once the program has begun, no refunds will be issued.
All families with children in the children's program must register at the Playtime Pros registration table upon arrival at the MasterMind Summit. We will have your child(ren)'s name badge(s) and T-shirts (for tours) ready.
